Apple Cider Vinegar
for Internal Health

We took a daily tonic each day and it not only aided in weight loss, but helped us to avoid the throat and flu junk that was going around at the time.

So now anytime it's cold or flu season we start taking the apple cider vinegar and honey tonic.

The dosage is, 1 teaspoon ACV and 1 teaspoon honey in a coffee mug of warm water.

Apple Cider Vinegar
and Inflammation

Apple cider vinegar is high in pectin, the fiber that is found in apples. Adding fiber to your diet adds bulk which helps to stimulate proper bowel contractions.

Pectin fiber also stimulates the growth of healthful bacteria in the colon which aids in the assimilation of nutrients.

Concerning diabetes, physicians frequently recommend high-fiber diets to help control diabetes.

Several studies have shown that pectin helps control blood sugar (glucose) levels in diabetes as well.
