God Knows
When We Need That Break
I am setting at the computer with my mind clear of anything to say, or so I thought. Because I am thinking now of how God is our supply and knows what and when we need a break.
This past week was just that. After months of going back and forth to Glenn's parents' home and to meetings, we finally have a break.
Glenn has gone to help someone with a kitchen project while I stayed home to take advantage of a bit of free time with no demands.
I feel revived in body, spirit and soul. There are still some problems that need addressed, but I feel more ready to face them.
My computer is still not printing so I am at the library which is a blessing.
He IS Our Supply
The Bible says He will not let more come to us than we are able to bear and that he will also make a way of escape when things become really heavy.
He will do more than we can ask or think. He said He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory.
I wonder
sometimes if I get my wants and needs rather mixed up, but He is
gracious and grants those wants that are right for us. Even if it's just rest.
When Your Are Weary,
Wait On The Lord
Sometimes we just need to remember Isaiah 40:31, where we are told;
“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint.”
God does supply what we need.
I personally believe, that God in his infinite love and wisdom provided everything we need for both our physical and spiritual well being. He gave us his awesome creation for our sustenance and health, then made provision and hope for our eternal destiny . Click on the link if you would like to know more.
